Health Coaching

“The focus is not on the illness—but on the person as a whole.”

The magic word is "steady state "—a state of equilibrium. Not too much of anything, and not too little of anything.

We begin with a personal initial consultation. This is followed by a comprehensive health assessment, which serves as the basis for a personalized treatment plan. We then monitor your progress through ongoing assessments and tailor the treatment plan accordingly—step by step, moving steadily toward your personal goal.

Once you have achieved this, we will switch from correction mode (therapy) to steady-state mode (prevention). The goal here is to stabilize your balance in a sustainable way and strengthen your health over the long term.

I will support you throughout this process for as long as you wish—personally, attentively, and with a focus on your goals.

Functional Medicine
Functional medicine is a modern approach that takes a holistic view of the causes of health issues. It focuses on the human body as a complex system. As a complement to conventional medicine, I rely on biochemical diagnostics and carefully selected natural therapeutic approaches—always grounded in sound medical principles.
Sleep & Stress Management
Healthy sleep is essential for both body and mind. Sleep problems should be treated by addressing their root causes rather than relying primarily on medication. Through targeted analysis and personalized support, sustainable solutions can be developed to improve sleep quality and resilience to stress.
Mental Health
Mental strength comes from a healthy lifestyle and mindful habits. We often already know what to do—the key is consistently putting it into practice in our daily lives. Through targeted assessments and personalized support, I’ll help you achieve lasting change.
Bodycomp
Body composition analysis is a measurement of body composition, primarily focusing on fat, muscle, and extracellular and intracellular water. In most cases, the primary issue is not weight itself, but rather excessive body fat and/or insufficient muscle mass. Body composition analysis is the ideal diagnostic tool for objectively assessing the success of a treatment plan and, as such, serves as a highly valuable motivational tool.
CO₂ therapy
CO₂ therapy includes both CO₂ dry baths and CO₂ inhalation therapy. Thanks to the Bohr effect, this allows more oxygen to reach the cells. This therapy is ideal for muscle regeneration and also helps with very high levels of acute and/or chronic stress, especially when IHHT treatment is not yet indicated. Many patients also use CO₂ therapy to improve their skin, including reducing the appearance of cellulite.
Infusion therapy
Infusion therapy, also known as IV therapy (IV = intravenous), is a direct method of micronutrient supplementation that bypasses the gastrointestinal tract. It is used to correct chronic and/or acute deficiencies and helps with stress, exhaustion, fatigue, low performance, migraines, acute and chronic infections, immune deficiency, and much more. In addition, infusion therapy is an integral part of detox, better aging, and fat-burning programs—whether as a short-term course of treatment or as an adjunct over a longer period.
Nutrition & Supplements
The goal is to address nutritional deficiencies and ensure a balanced diet in the long term. A personalized diet and supplementation form the foundation for better health, performance, and well-being. A structured and goal-oriented approach can lead to lasting improvements—even when the starting point is often marked by uncertainty or a lack of knowledge. Implementation takes time, but it is a key component of any successful treatment.
Exercise as Therapy
Exercise is one of the most effective “medicines”—with virtually no side effects. A personalized exercise and fitness program is an integral part of every health coaching program. Among other things, it improves cardiovascular health, metabolism, mental well-being, sleep quality, and performance—and plays a key role in helping you lead a healthy, self-directed life.
Gut Health
“You are what you eat” doesn’t tell the whole story—what the body can actually absorb is also crucial. The microbiome plays a central role in this. Gut health is an essential component of any thorough analysis and is often the starting point for treatment aimed at alleviating symptoms and improving well-being and performance.
VNS Analysis
Using VNS measurement (analysis of the autonomic nervous system), we can quickly and accurately assess the balance between the sympathetic nervous system (the "stress" system) and the parasympathetic nervous system (the "recovery" system). This allows us to visualize stress levels and determine whether there is still sufficient capacity for recovery (parasympathetic activity). In addition, the VNS test is excellent for monitoring the effectiveness of therapy.
IHHT
IHHT stands for Interval Hypoxia-Hyperoxia Training and is an energy and performance booster. This therapy has gained worldwide recognition in the field of longevity medicine. Thanks to increased and more efficient mitochondrial activity, patients experience significantly more energy, improved performance, and thus a better quality of life. It also promotes fat burning and is therefore an effective aid in managing obesity.

Sports Medicine

For many years, I have had the privilege of working with world-class athletes from a wide variety of sports. This is where medical coaching has its roots.

The traditional doctor-patient relationship is replaced by a close, trusting partnership. The athlete takes center stage, while I, as a medical coach, provide guidance and support—ideally as part of a performance-oriented team working alongside coaches, parents, and other key figures.

Sports medicine services are, of course, also available to recreational athletes and non-athletes—both as part of a coaching program and as individual services. These include, among other things:

Sports Medicine Examinations
Body Comp Analysis (Muscle and Body Fat Measurement)
Nutrition Counseling
Step lactate tests (ergometer and/or treadmill)
Analysis of Nutritional Status (Orthomolecular Medicine)
Additional diagnostic and therapeutic services (see Family Medicine)
